The Forage Cluster Dish Workshop
Hand-build a ceramic tray for small bites or treasures.
Service Description
Come and join me for a fun and relaxing hand-building session, where you can switch off and enjoy working with clay. In this session you will make your own unique multi-compartment ceramic tray. Inspired by nature and designed for cosy sharing, this piece is made by connecting a series of handmade pinch pots into a beautiful, textured cluster dish. It is the perfect intimate size to sit on a coffee table filled with olives, nuts, and dips—or to keep on a dresser to organize your favourite small treasures. No prior pottery experience is needed and I will guide you through the entire process step by step. All clay and materials are included along with complimentary refreshments. Just dress in comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little clay on although aprons are provided. (It may be more tricky if you have long finger nails so shorter nails are recommended) Your unique piece will be dried, bisque fired, glazed and refired, ready for collection approx. 4-6 weeks later from Joy Palin Ceramics studio in Ludchurch, unless otherwise arranged.
